No two organizations share the same challenges and opportunities. Counsel is bespoke – tailored to each organization and situation. Most frequently, we are asked to do the following:
- Special Project Consultation—perhaps to launch or fine tune a new initiative.
- Periodic Counsel—a monthly or even quarterly touch point on progress and ideas.
- Retained Counsel—being “on call” with a promise of a timely response.
- Contract Staffing—we work alongside you as if we were a member of your team.
Fees can be structured on a per-diem or project contract basis, a fixed monthly amount, or a “not-to-exceed” sum that caps your financial responsibility. Customarily, travel expenses are additional and billed separately.
